Another letter from a prisoner “…searching for methods to make him a better person and to inspire hope thru positive energies…” Read on.
Greetings Yogis!
I hope you’re all well in life and I want to say THANK YOU for all you ‘do’, in a world so full of negative energy. I’m curious about your ‘project’. Your ‘foundational’ work? I’ve enjoyed the practice of yoga and its health benefits in the balance of my life. Being an incarcerated man, age 47 years old, I’m always looking toward inner peace, searching for methods to make me a better human being and to inspire hope thru positive energies, even in a negative dark place as this. I see you’re offering a free book, “A Path for Healing and Recover” on asana, pranayama, and dyhana, I really need all the knowledge I can get. I’d really appreciate if you could provide me with a copy, and “any” other material you think would be helpful in practicing of yoga, while limited and constrained in prison, meditation techniques and stretches, etc. If there are any “Resources” lists of additional help or advocates, or fellow yogi pen friends willing to communicate that would be much appreciated also. Thank you very much. Let us point to life and possibility, it is a “zen” as they come. Mental Quietude. Again, thank you kindly, amidst the chaos of my surroundings.
Yogi, B
