I ran across a copy of a small book called “Yoga, a Path for Healing & Recovery”

You are here: Home / Letters from Prisoners / Book Requests / I ran across a copy of a small book called “Yoga, a Path for Healing & Recovery”

July 19, 2018 by Bill Brown

Each month, we receive about 250 letters (like the one below) from men and women behind bars. We need your help to make sure every prisoner who requests a book is able to receive their own copy.

To Whom It May Concern.

I ran across a copy of a small book called “Yoga, a Path for Healing & Recovery”, that was published by your foundation. It was in bad shape but I was able to read enough to spark my interest, hence the reason for this letter.

I’ve been locked up for over 12 years, & I’m looking for ways to deal with the stress of everyday life. So I write with the hopes that you can send me any information to help me do so, & possible a full copy of the book mentioned above?

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
L.H.
